1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 3:00 PM onwards

• Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out may be subject to availability

• All reservation includes a security deposit which is fully refunded within 24 hours

of checkout.

3. Cancellation and No-show Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the check-in date.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-show will incur a one-night charge.

4. Identification & Age Requirement

• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.

• The guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.

5. Deposit Policy

• A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in. This will be

refunded upon check-out if there are no damages or additional charges.

6. Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard,

• This is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking
